Taco Bell tonight was absolutely amazing. The customer service at the drive-through was out of this world. She was patient with me even though I was reading off a text message. She was very friendly. I did not catch her name but I think we all know typically fast food drive-through are rude, so this was truly a breath of fresh air. She made it a great experience!!
This particular Taco Bell has always been a good experience for me. It is always clean. The food is always good. And the service is above average. If you are in the area and want to grab some quick lunch, I recommend you give it a try.

The new girl in the drive thru is awful. I placed an order via the app and got multiple things and ordered mild and hot sauce on top of that. When I got my bag I had 7 sauces and asked for more bc who uses only 2 sauces on a giant quesadilla?! She dropped 3 in my bag. Those sauce packets are so small!! Not to mention she was rude. She needs to go to the Soddy location where this is their norm. The rest of the staff was killing it like always.
