Came home pissed off because my Taco Bell bag was broke at the bottom so when I picked it up to carry it inside my house my food went all over my drive way!! And my food wasn’t that great is was soggy

The new girl in the drive thru is awful. I placed an order via the app and got multiple things and ordered mild and hot sauce on top of that. When I got my bag I had 7 sauces and asked for more bc who uses only 2 sauces on a giant quesadilla?! She dropped 3 in my bag. Those sauce packets are so small!! Not to mention she was rude. She needs to go to the Soddy location where this is their norm. The rest of the staff was killing it like always.

Taco Bell tonight was absolutely amazing. The customer service at the drive-through was out of this world. She was patient with me even though I was reading off a text message. She was very friendly. I did not catch her name but I think we all know typically fast food drive-through are rude, so this was truly a breath of fresh air. She made it a great experience!!

Grease dripping out of taco wrapper on my clothes out of back...both tacos soaked. Tomatoes an anemic white ish color. Location didn't show up on app even tho put.in correct zip code. Grease on bottom of mex pizza box and soaking bag. Yum. I know this is add water food but the messiness I've ever had.

I've had really great experiences at this location. All drive thru. There's one cashier in particular who always does a KNOCK OUT job when taking my order. She's super personable and professional, and even asks me what sauces I want with my order (I hate when I forget the sauce lol). The food is also very reliably tasty, which (I've found) is not always the case with fast food joints in this area. Keep up the great work!
I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but this one is excellent. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job. Everyone who works here is so friendly and the food is always put together perfectly (it actually looks like the pictures!). Sometimes they even write handwritten notes on the boxes. This place is basically the Chick-fil-a of Taco Bells. Everyone at this place deserves a raise!
