Arby's is a restaurant known for its customer service. The manager, Brandy, is praised for her exceptional service and ability to resolve issues. A customer had a disappointing experience with their Smokey brisket sandwich, which was thin and fatty. After calling the establishment, Brandy made a fresh sandwich with thick slices, just as requested. The customer appreciated the effort and received two complimentary cookies. Another customer raved about the drive-thru team, who were friendly and professional. Jackson, an employee at the window, went above and beyond to ensure the customer's orders were correct. The restaurant is known for its food, and customers appreciate the weekly free sandwich promotion.
