I'll start with the positives. Carlos was very friendly and seemed like a very happy person. That's who sat us. Our waitress was very sweet I think her name was kaneesa. She apologized for another waitress that was being rude toward Carlos. Loud enough everyone could hear. Idk what kind of morning that waitress was having but she definitely needs to learn to keep it down where customers don't hear what she's saying. I haven’t been to this iHop in years due to previously bad experiences. My visit today was great! Our food was hot and very good. My server Erica was amazing!! She went above and beyond. She’s the main reason I’ll be coming back to this iHop.

Everything about the experience was good until the end of my meal when I realized that they have a roach pest issue that they need to address asap once management was alerted about the issue meal was free they said they have had pest control arrive in the past to address the situation hopefully they can get it resolved
