“Place was busy when we arrived at 6:45 pm. Staff was friendly. Line was long as cashier was alone taking orders from those in line as well as phone orders. Fortunately we called in out order prior to arrival. We stood in line to pay. Then waited for our food for another fifteen minutes. Food was warm and tasty. Overall good experience and worth the price.“

I really enjoy the drive thru accessibility and ease BUT!! Its the food!! Every time I go, amazing portions, made well, made quickly, and amazing portions. BROCCOLI IS GRILLED AND AMAZING!!! My daughters plate is the shrimp and scallops and the is begging for more broccoli! I am obsessed with sesame and general tsos, the spring rolls and red sauce with them are amazing and I got all this for less than $30! It usually lasts me two meals too and I can eat! It seems to be a younger couple running the store day and night; go support their entrepreneurial and dedicated hearts by indulging in some amazing food! 10/10 recommend(hopefully if they get busier they can hire some more help and be open on Tuesdays! 🥲“

“Seems like an authentic Japanese eatery. My kids got a kiddie serving of ramen, my wife got a salmon bento box and I got a mix of salmon and tuna nigiri. My wife and kids were very happy. My nigiri was the best I have had in a long time, maybe top 5 ever, and for the money I think it might be number 1, really amazing. I would drive a good ways away to eat this sushi. Also real wasabi is incredible“

“This place is a 10/10 experience. The atmosphere is relaxed which we loved. We enjoyed the beef tenderloin, pork belly, ahi tuna, and chicken heart yakitori. We also had the limited time elk dish with acorn squash, limited time bone marrow dish with the mochi bread, the baked California hand roll, and the Tori Caesar salad. We also enjoyed warm sake and the Tokyo drift cocktail. Our waitress Violet was attentive and had fantastic recommendations for us. We can't wait to come back. This was a perfect parents afternoon out date spot for us! It was definitely worth the drive from Alabama!“

“So I was passing by and I had seen that they had quite a few Google reviews which cut my attention. I decided to stop by and give them a chance and was not at all disappointed.

What I ordered was the angry dragon roll and the Hokkaido roll, as well as the mango rosemary tea For something to sip on and was blown away by the flavors

If you’re looking for sushi, this is a fantastic spot. They also serve more variety of food, which I will be trying the next time I swing by.

“My wife and I are regular customers at Haiku. The prices are reasonable, the portions generous, and the food is excellent. The exterior of the place looks a bit run down, but don't let that disuade you. The food here is delicious, and an excellent value.“

“Great service! I got the teriyaki chicken and it was good, except for the insane saltiness of the teriyaki sauce. I know it's supposed to be salty, but this is pretty extreme. Pretty good, nonetheless. The shrimp sauce could use some work, as well, I've had way better. All in all, not a bad experience for a lunch break“

“The best place to eat! While on the weekend they may be busy and it takes a few minutes to be seated most of the time we have no wait! The staff is so friendly. Kim is the best CHEF IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, and Miko along with Joko give the best dining service!!! The bartenders are also fantastic for those 21+! We come here multiple times a week and always will. Definitely worth the wait and the drive. From top of the line food to the bestest friends, this is best place to eat!!!!“

“We love Sushi City! We have been there at least seven times (maybe more) since it opened. That is where my mother wants to go for a family dinner for her 94th birthday coming up soon. We love the food and the fact that you can order all-you-want or just from the menu. Even the non-sushi people can find a good selection for their tastes. (Our grandson is a very picky eater, and even he has found a couple dishes he likes there.)“

“We called ahead for a large group. Food was great. Servers were very rigid and uptight during the ordering process(One chef was engaged while the other wasn’t). We did look ahead at the online menu. Prices are inaccurate on their official website. Tickets being dispersed after the meal was total chaos. As we didn’t sit with our family together and getting that situated was not great. Over all for a large group celebration I would recommend eating here“
