Everything was amazing!! The food was delicious, especially the Dalton roll, and our waitress Karey was especially great! We could not have asked for a better experience or better food. 10/10 amazing!!
Really good place. We will be adding it to the regular attending spots for when we pass through Chattanooga.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their blue ridge roll. We also had Hawaiian spring rolls. Josh was our server and he took great care of us. My husband had the steak dinner and said it had great flavor.

Sushi Nabe serves fantastic food with an amazing selection of special rolls, including the popular Soddy Daisy roll. The restaurant offers a casual and relaxing atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who are great. The staff, including the owner Nabe, are very kind, and the waitstaff is a pleasure. Guests can enjoy fresh sushi, tuna rolls, gyoza, hot appetizers like spring rolls and breaded shitake mushroom dish, and warm peach sake at a great price. The restaurant was accommodating with kids, and the waiter made sure everything was just right. Reservations are recommended, as the place is not usually crowded. The cost for a meal is reasonable for good quality food in a downtown location, especially since many don’t drink. Parking can be limited, but it remains a wonderful spot for authentic Japanese cuisine, owned by a lovely Japanese couple, and is definitely worth a visit to this Chattanooga gem.
