“This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in America. Well, 48 states anyway. The kitchen was immaculately clean, during a rush too! The service was fast. I saw the cooks changing gloves several times while making orders. Good Job guys! And, the cashier actually knew how to count change, when I payed with a C-note. I am so amazed at that fact alone. I wish all the other locations were as immaculate as this one.“
“We used to go to this location but stopped months ago due to poor service, long waits, skimpy portions for things like cheese curds, and a messy dining area (overflowing trash cans and dirty tables). We just tried it again and were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The order was correct, the food came out reasonably quickly, and the dining room was much cleaner. We complimented the team and were told they have a new GM and management team that has been working hard. Keep up the good work!“
“O M GI was in Cleveland for a meeting... wanted a good salad and something I couldn't get back home. Looked at restaurants on Google, found this, prices were cheap enough... my manicotti was 12 bucks plus 5 for the salad bar. I couldn't eat all of it. Ate two salads though ? it was great. So good I hope I have a reason to be in Cleveland again so I can go back“
“Can't go wrong with 5 Guys for an epic burger! When we are craving a good burger, this is our go to in Cleveland. Flavor is consistent and it always fills you up. The bag of fries are delicious and we usually will share a small order between us. We love 5 Guys and are there regularly.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a cheeseburger? and fries?“
“This place is an old-fashioned drive-in. You'll park in a space and a server will come take your order. I love their hamburgers and soft server ice cream. If you have never tried the Shake Shack, you are missing out. Plus, it's a locally owned business.“
“Driving in the mountains, we came upon a Sonic. Naturally we had to stop for a cookie dough Blast. The Blast was delicious and the young lady that brought our treats could not have been more friendly. The service was very quick and overall the experience was fun and something we all enjoyed.Vegetarian options: Not many non-meat itemsDietary restrictions: Ask before placing orderParking: Order from your vehicleKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible“
“This was a stop for me when I was doing a big road trip. Decided to swing in for breakfast, and it was an all-around amazing experience.Only thing, gotta put a lil heater or something in the males bathroom. Froze my but off sitting on that seat lol.But would deff be swinging by again next time I'm in the area.“
“I decided to dine in the other night. Long wait at the hostesses stand for me and another family with small children in front of me. Well over 5 mins with employees walking by and looking but no one even saying “the hostesses is coming” a hostess finally came and seated both parties. The soup and grilled chicken were really good and my waitress took great care of me. My only suggestion is don’t leave people at the hostesses stand waiting for so long.“
“Didn't plan on going that day. Was at nearby shopping center. Saw signs for $5 burger meals. Walked up to window and ordered. Asked about the meal deal and mgr/shift lead was extremely helpful w/ our family. She explained to each of our 2 children what was on the burger. When we were outside at tables waiting she personally brought our food out to us with some Xtra sauces/napkins,etc. Went out of her way to treat customers with care and kindness. Those are special business' w/ special people that small towns need. I'll definitely be back! Great place...?Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids. Family oriented“
“The shift team lead was very diligent. She was cleaning when we walked into an empty restaurant (not just sitting around). She moved to the register and was very patient with me being indecisive about what we wanted. When the fries had been sitting, she made fresh ones for us and remained polite the whole time she served us.“
