“Honestly, the order was correct and the staff was nice. Only complaint is the location. The cement leading into and out the drive thru is a bit damaged. But in regards to service wise it was expected top tier. 10/10 would come again despite the location just for staff, quickness of order and a correct order.

Parking: It's one of the wierd ones due to the small area but it's there.“

“Stopped in for a look on our way home from Sweetwater. Grabbed a couple of phenomenal milk shakes. This place has a sandwich menu, ice cream and some beverages. They have some fantastic cheese as well. A beutiful building and friendly staff just add to the experience. Really worth a stop.“

“We ordered online theu the app and picked it up because we live roughly
2 miles away. The place is clean with adequate staffing. I've never had softer bread or fresher ingredients on a sub. We had the Chicken bacon ranch and the New York Steamer, and we shared an order of fries. All the items were warm and perfectly portioned. We ordered large sandwiches and shared halves. Madisonville is lucky to have a Firehouse. Its a little pricey, but if you compare it to Subway, the quality is so much better. We'll definitely be going back.“

“I travel. I make it a point to stop places and if I like the place I make it a destination stop as here. I do not travel hungry sorry. But the "small" Subway has enough sitting room, clean and busy. Prices are not my concern if I go in anywhere to eat. I don't like the price I just don't go back. Here and now is not my first time stopping there.“

“I frequent this location during my lunch break atleast twice a week. Although under staffed, they run their butts off to get everyone taken care of as best they can. The manager is bilingual which makes things run smoothly. The employee that made my sandwich today, Nikki, was great. She was very polite and friendly and even made a few jokes to lighten the mood. (They were out of several items and she said the truck was running a bit late) She gave very helpful suggestions as to what goes well together since they were out of my usual and my sandwich was fantastic! It may be my new favorite. I know when I come in and either Nikki or the manager is there I will have a great experience. My only suggestion is to get more staff in during lunch and keep steak in stock. Great job guys and keep up the good work.“
