We go here weekly but no longer. I don't understand how my order gets messed up every time we go. We started checking our orders for missing items. The last 2 orders I requested my my meal be cooked with grilled chicken because I have a bad stomach but of course that can't even be accomplished. We also had to start preemptively telling the cashier that we did not want a meal because they would not listen to us and we got charged for a meal and we didn't want. This is the WORST Zaxbys out there.
I eat at a Zaxbys 5-7 days per week and get plain grilled chicken breasts for keto.
I can't make it at home this good.
BUT this location is always so dry.
Today was so bad I looked at it in the drive thru and sent it back because it was burnt. When I was able to eat it, it was so dry I couldn't cut it with the plastic knife.
Ordered food! Was sent with no dressing for salad and the fried pickles were not cooked all the way. Manager was a prick and very condescending! Will never waste my money there again!!!
