My husband picked up food through the drive-through this evening. Chicken was cold and had sauce on it when it should not have and the fries had no seasoning on them. Food is normally decent but tonight was a disappointment.

I stop at the Oak Ridge location several times a month. I usually have no issues when I ask for 4 dipping sauces. I was informed tonight by the female working the window that she gave me two. I get home and the cups aren’t half way full. Disappointing. I’d happily pay extra for the sauce, especially when the cups aren’t half full. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.

Way over priced for what you get. We ordered the 2 Zen salads with extra egg rolls and drinks. $30.00. There was a smaller amount of chicken than what you got a year ago. Say what you will it is corpret greed driving fast food and not the wants of customers or our needs. Reasonable prices!

My husband and i work fast food, we understand the high stress fast paced craziness that goes on behind that counter. We always try our best to be as kind and understanding to those who wait on us as we are to the customers (and the extended family that is our staff) in our own restaraunt. We came through for dinner, 12-9-2023 around 8pm. Everything we ordered was fresh and the service was fast. All the staff was sweet, listened to our order, repeated it back to us, and when we almost left our card, the girl in the window was attentive enough to make sure we didn't drive off without it. Thank y'all and keep it up

My Wife and I went here for an afternoon lunch. I am a type one diabetic and had questions and concerns about carbs. The associate helped with every question and I ordered a club chicken sandwich minus the bun. My Wife ordered it with the bun. We also ordered the fried white cheddar bites. The food is great, loved the Zaxby's sauce and the bites. The chicken was really good and they included a fork to help with the chicken filet. While the bites contain a higher amount of carbs, I took a few units of insulin to cover it. They were melty and also very good. We were both surprised at how good it was for a fast food restaurant and we will go back.Happy customers!!!Dietary restrictions: Offers a filling meal without a bun for diabetics and the taste of the club was spot-on!
