“Great donuts. But their hours are wrong. Have been there 5-10 minutes after they “open” multiple times and either no one is there and lights are out or the man up front says he’s sorry he’s running behind and it will be 20 minutes. Just honor the hours you post.“
“This downtown gem is amazing!! Don't come to just eat. Come to relax and let your mind wander. Pick up a book and take a seat anywhere in this location, after you order. Their lemonade is good too. The staff are amazing!!! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.“
“I moved here from New Jersey. I now go to this store regularly and the employees are always so kind and welcoming. The Cafe food is of great quality and the coffee is amazing! I like that it's made fresh from the machine as you select your choice. Again, the team here is wonderful. I can't say that enough. They go above and beyond to ensure the customers have a great experience and needs are met. I struggled during my pregnancy and little trips to the gas station were the highlight of my days. It's kindness like these people have displayed that make the world a better place.“
“Came for breakfast. Food was great . Staff was lacking in customer service. No smiles, no thank you for coming, no welcome to mcdonalds, nothing. I was a manager in fast food for many years. If not for the customers there would be no job. Be kinder and more appreciative please.“
“It had been quite a while since I ate at a McDonald's, so I decided to give it a try. The triples are excellent and a great value for the cost. The fries were perfect, not too hard and delicious, and the apple pies were outstanding. Just to get a variety, the next day, I bought 2 sausage biscuits, and they were outstanding. The biscuits are key. If they are too hard, the meal is ruined. They were soft and golden brown.“
“It's disappointing to have to share this, but I hope corporate takes note. At the moment, I observed three employees outside smoking while one is managing both the cafe and the drive-thru. The condition of the lobby is far from ideal, and it seems like there are equipment pallets left unattended for around a week. The bathrooms also need attention, and there's room for improvement overall. I'd like to emphasize that I appreciate the service and the quality of my drinks and food, but it's hard to ignore the outdoor area cluttered with trash and debris.UPDATE: to be fair, as I adore the team that works here, the lobby today (11/1/23) is spotless. I’m updating my review to five stars.“
“This is the best little coffee shop. Very comfortable and quaint, and they have a bunch of board games for us to play while we were enjoying our coffee. It just was a very nice chill place to go and spend a coffee date.We didn’t purchase anything other than coffee that day, but they had a bunch of little knickknacks that look like they were made by local small businesses. So I thought that was a really neat thing also.“
“What an amazing treasure to find! The doughnuts are unbelievably good but they have so much more than doughnuts. Bagels, Buscuits, and so much more! We had a large order put in the day before and it was ready on time the next morning. The bread is so fluffy but with a great crust. You have to try it.“
“The staff at this Starbuck are truly some of the best! Much like the Merchants Drive location, which I think is owned by the same gentlemen. They all always have a good attitude, provide a positive atmosphere! I leave feeling happier every time I go in!“
