“Hey everyone! I just had to share my awesome experience at Halls Dutch Bros today! Since they opened, I've been stopping by at least once a week for my much-needed pick-me-up. And let me tell you, their service is always top-notch! 👏🏼 But here's the best part: today, after leaving the parking lot, I noticed that my drink tasted a bit strange. 😬 I'm allergic to sugar-free sweeteners, and they make me feel violently ill when I drink/eat something sugar free Without hesitation, I turned my car around and explained the situation to the lovely lady taking my order. She immediately put in a remake for me, no questions asked! 🙏🏼 When I reached the front, the kind young gentlemen informed me that they were 99% sure it wasn't sugar-free, but they still made me a new drink because they wanted me to enjoy it without any worries! I can't express how grateful I am for their understanding and quick action, especially considering how busy they were. Halls Dutch Bros, you guys truly rock! “The store ran out of protein milk after I had already placed my mobile order. (Stuff happens— no big deal) The staff were so nice to tell me and offer me a gift card for my trouble. The one in Bearden would’ve just made it with regular milk and told me it was protein milk lol“

“I order a lot of coffee for my work. Sometimes the orders I have are very large, anywhere from 10-15 drinks. The staff here is always so friendly whenever I come in and they always have such a great attitude! They are always very quick with the order and never make mistakes even when times are busy! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. They are rockstars!!!“

“The “Dream Team” is what I call the “ladies” at Starbucks! They are exceptional! Always greet you with a smile and are willing to go the extra mile to share their knowledge of new drinks. When I go in store and see the girls working I KNOW my drink will be exactly as it was the last time, delicious. I unfortunately don’t get that experience consistently, it’s dependent on the staff. I have never witnessed the “girls” being anything less than courteous. It’s gotten to the point that several people including myself won’t order if we don’t see them working. I myself have gotten venti drinks only half full, no exaggeration. I have also been told there was no way to order one of the hot drinks in a cold version. BUT again that has never happened with the “dream team”! You go gals of Starbucks, we love having you in Blaine!!!“
