“I visit this Starbucks frequently, and there is one manager Amber who continuously makes the experience uncomfortable. She complicates the ordering process, talks to customers with an attitude, and seems bothered by basic requests. I’ve raised this issue with other managers before, but it hasn’t improved. I really hope the store takes customer concerns seriously.“

“New, clean, and well maintained. Another rude customer in there and I guess she forgot she was at Dunkin’ and not a Michelin star restaurant but Ashley did great handling it. Sorry she had to deal with it but overall a great experience. And made a great nitro cold brew!“

“I've looked through the other reviews and it breaks my heart to see so many negative ones. Then I realize its mostly about yhe night shift and I understand. I dont go very often but when I do, its always in the early mornings. Beverly in back cash and Dakota who is sometimes at the front window are the sweetest people ever. (Even though Beverly is a GA fan!!! 🤣🤣🤣) I never have an issue and the staff are all so nice. Have had a few minor food issues but the service totally made up for it. I meant to get the new GM's name but I forgot to ask her. She is really sweet as well and seems to have a keen eye for her staff. Thank you all for being so amazing!!!!“

“I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵“

I met your granddaughter and she explained how she was on her third day after being trained and today was the busiest day yet. I am also a MiMi to my 7 grandchildren. “Joe Muggs is inside a book store. If Y'all are in a hurry it's probably not for you. There was only one young fella because the other one had to take a break. He took 6 orders and told everyone It would be a few minutes because there are 3, 4, 5, drinks ahead of you I have to make first. Everyone was laid back and chatted or read the book that

they had just purchased. We always stop by here before going to the movie theater and look around and get a cup of coffee...Small and relaxing. 👍👍(Two thumbs up)“

“My 1st time here & OMG...I have always been a Starbucks chic but I have found a new obsession. The freshest tasting coffee and the crepes...To Die for..make sure to ask for their garlic sauce when ordering the spinach/feta crepe...takes it over the top. Tried their Dubai Choc Latte...hands down a jaw dropper. Saying Goodbye to Starbucks and Hello to 60 Beans Coffee. 🫘 🥰“

“First of all, the biscuits really are fantastic. Highly recommended.

For 1st time visitors, here are a few tips:
1. There's more to the menu than what you see on the video monitor
2. Walk in, turn left and place your order at the kitchen under the menu signs
3. Coffee and soft drinks are self serve along the front wall
4. When your order is ready, someone will likely deliver it to your table along with a record of the items you purchased
5. When done, pay for everything (food, any drinks you grabbed) at the front counter
6. It's also a BP station, so all forms of payment are accepted“

“I've had a few less than great experiences here, I lived in Tennessee for this past year though and the staff that personally I interacted with have always been kind, always respectful. I hope some others can have a more pleasant experience in the future.“
