“The hosts/ bartenders were so friendly and helpful. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge and will share it with you. They were very welcoming to my service dog and our daughter's pup. I am deaf and they took the time to make sure that I understood what they were saying and answered my millions of questions. I highly recommend a visit here. The sign in the bathroom was hilarious.”

“I love the chophouse! However, we don't usually go to the when located at the Sevierville exit. We went in and watched the Masters at the bar area and just had a great time. The bartender was super attentive. The food was wonderful as always, the place was clean and it is always a delightful experience. I can't say enough good things about the chophouse.”

“We were in town for a soccer tournament and wanted a local place not far from our cabin. We found this place on Yelp and gave it a try. It was absolutely awesome! We had a 7:30 reservation but showed up 45 min early hoping to get in. They accommodated us (a party of 6) no problem. It was great with the kids and they were so friendly. My wife got the chicken Parm and I got the Lobster Ravioli special. The food was fantastic. All 6 of us cleaned our plates. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the Pigeon Forge or a Gatlinburg area. We will definitely come back whenever we are in town again.”

“We came to the Junction 35 to celebrate a birthday. We got seated in the back of the restaurant and was told that the bartender would also be our waitress. Kelly was phenomenal very attentive to us a party of seven as she also was the only bartender, and was taking care of the bar that was 3/4 of the way full that night, all of her recommendations were great and the drinks were 10/10. That being said aside from how amazing Kelly was the rest of the staff was very rude, and seemed irritated by any request. Even when simply asked can we get waters to the table so that it can help out the bartender who is slammed busy . After we got our food, we wanted to do a distillery tasting before they closed. The two people who were handling the distillery tasting that night were very irritated by the fact that we waited until after we ate and decided to do a tasting at 8:45 when you close at 9. We were told that the tasting would be complementary if we ate there and they wouldn't let us do it before our food came so to come after our food came still with 15 minutes before closing, and I have such disgruntled service was not very pleasant. Overall the food and the drinks were great, and if we came back, it would be specifically to see Kelly her personality was 10 out of 10 with everything being thrown her way that night, her smile and simple conversation helping us with decisions of food and drink definitely made for a great experience .”

“I was searching around places to eat in pigeon forge / Gatlinburg and found this place was highly recommended and come to find out why. I was impressed mainly with how fast the food while still maintaining the quality you'd expect. Our server was extremely happy to serve us and didn't give us and issues, very professional. The inside of the restaurant is a great place to be as-well, feeling very Italian and every table is connected to a long booth on the other side. Had no knowledge prior to what the reviews or rating was, but decided to give it a try. OH MY GOODNESS… what an amazing spot. By far, the best donuts I’ve had since childhood. Fresh, fluffy, flavorful, u name it! Highly recommend. I’m from Cleveland, OH (passing through from a week vacation in Chattanooga) and would absolutely drive to TN to just come here. “This place is awesome, found out about it after we stopped at Tennessee Cider Company. I can't remember our bartender's name for the life of me but he was awesome. The wines are great for those who ain't too into wine (seriously, some of them taste exactly like juice or jam) and even their experimental flavors like PB&J or Cotton Clouds are good to share with friends at a get together. $5 per person to taste quite a few wines. Luckily they ship to our state so we can join their club when the bottles we bought run out!”

“Honestly the best pizza around!!! Kim is absolutely amazing and has remembered our names and what we ordered from the first day we came. That says a lot! Always top notch customer service and like I said some of the best pizza we have had in a very long time! We try to go at least once a week to get our pizza fix!
