“I visit this Starbucks frequently, and there is one manager Amber who continuously makes the experience uncomfortable. She complicates the ordering process, talks to customers with an attitude, and seems bothered by basic requests. I’ve raised this issue with other managers before, but it hasn’t improved. I really hope the store takes customer concerns seriously.”

“Meals are fantastic here. Their specials are great, especially the Chicken Marsala and the Italian Plattter. They are very conscientious of allergies. The manager Jacob and Josh will go over everything with the chef so you can make the right decision. The prices are very good. You never go home hungry. Its a nice atmosphere, sometimes with Italian music. Their kitchen and bar are very clean. There are four menus including a kids menu. So there's always something for everyone. One of the best restaurants in Sevier County.”
