If you want top notch service with laughs n giggles ask for Rachel. Her smile and presence made me feel at home. How outstanding this lady is at her job is an understatement... Perfect!!!”

“I always order an iced coffee or frappuccino from Starbucks.
Today I wanted a hot brewed coffee. Never having a hot coffee from Starbucks, I didn't know what would taste good. I asked the cashier(assistant manager) what would taste best for hot brewed coffee since I never had it. She suggested adding a flavor syrup with cream and sugar. I chose caramel with the cream and sugar. Let me tell you! It was so good! Great suggestion!!”

“The young man that was trying to close up took my order around 4 pm today. Made us some good sandwiches. With the computer system having issues. Thank you for working hard despite the circumstances. This store closes early due to staff shortages. One reason I had to take off a star.”

“If you go through the drive-thru make sure that you speak clearly and if you order something like a half tea half lemonade ask the workers to check your order because the ordering system is automated now! It’s pretty cool, but still makes for a few errors here and there.”
