“Stopped in for dinner on a long trip.
I was excited to try this restaurant. First, I visited the bathroom. I shouldn’t have. In pretty rough shape. Then, at the table, was someone else’s empty shot glass and the table wasn’t super clean.
I was not going to move on since I had been working since 6:30 am and it was 8 pm. I ordered Birria tacos and some queso. They were all good. I really liked the thin chips too.
My dad. had a dish called Two Amigos and he liked it as well.
Good food, descent service, but the building needs some work.”

“This is the third Mexican restaurant I've eaten at in s little over a week. There is stiff competition, but evaluating as individual business. Courteous, professional and friendly staff. Food brings back memories of my childhood. Wait staff very nice and ensure your glass is full. Down right excellence. Portions are beyond good. I couldn't eat it all. Thank you for a great meal and the leftovers will be devoured this evening.”

“I wish they had not have changed the way the subs were, since new ownership they changed the onions on the subs they just don't taste as awesome as they use to. The onions before where a lot sweeter and seem to have. A more pepper taste. Still a great place but I do wish they would go back to the way they use to make them.”

“We ordered here for the 1t time today. we got a few minutes down the road and a random number called, we reluctantly answered and worker explained he just realized he put something on our pizza that we had not ordered. he was super apologetic and offered to make a new one. we were already headed home and it wasn't anything that would make a big fuss. I have high respect for this place to actually call us to tell us about the mistake. Food was good and we had no problem removing the olives.”

“What a wonderful bar! 6 stars!
My husband and I are truck drivers, so we rarely get a chance to find hidden gems like this. The bar is walking distance from a few truck stops that surround it. It's just a short walk and you arrive at a green oasis - in the back of the bar there was a bon fire going, chairs and benches around it. Beautiful nature, very well maintained. My husband and I ended up sitting by the fire with the locals, chatting, drinking beers, and feeling like we are in a group of old friends with our small, well behaved pup having the time of his life. Everyone was so friendly - the owner Audrey, bartender Brenda, and all of their friends. We ordered two cheeseburgers with fresh cut fries before leaving, and boy o boy, they were delicious! Prices are more than reasonable - dare I say cheap.
We will most definitely be back at the next possible occasion. Thank you for a lovely evening, guys! You made us feel right at home!”

“Stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and the lunch special was an excellent value. The restaurant is clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff is attentive and friendly.
We tried both the Teriyaki and Hibachi Chicken, and they were fantastic. The Teriyaki had a perfectly sweet, caramelized glaze that wasn’t too thick, while the Hibachi was seared beautifully. Both came in huge portions with fresh veggies.”

“Portofino Italian Restaurant delivered one of the most authentic Italian dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — classic Italian ambiance without feeling overdone. The food was outstanding. The pasta was perfectly cooked (true al dente), the sauces were rich and well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh — not overly salted or heavy like many places. You can tell attention is paid to ingredients and preparation. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust with just the right chew, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Staff checked in at the right times and were knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a genuine Italian kitchen rather than a chain restaurant experience, Portofino is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.”

“We’re from Sevierville, and have honestly stopped going to little Caesar’s because of how terrible of service we’ve gotten at ours, but we stopped at the Newport location today and had the best by far service & experience at a little Caesar’s that we’ve had in a very long time! The food was hot AND ready which was a nice surprise since normally when we go we have to wait, I just wanted to say we loved it. Thank you for running such a good store !”

“Hands down, the best fast food experience I have had in a LONG time!!! Friendly, efficient, and accurate!!! So much so, that we had ordered, observed, etc. and I specifically went out of my way to find out a name. When the wonderful young gentleman called out another members food in our group, I said, look at his name tag, get me a name! Nathan!!! He was exceptional from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful, working on whatever he could between orders!! He needs a promotion!!! Team player and takes pride in his work!!!! You don’t find that very often in fast food anymore!”
