“I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Went and ordered take out, our first time ever coming and will definitely not be our last!!! I’m so excited to have a restaurant in Newport that we actually enjoy! This place checks all of the boxes, price is amazing for REAL Texas bbq!! The owner John was SO friendly and professional! He even let me sample some brisket, sausage, and ribs!! Idk about yall but I’ve never encountered an owner that nice! ? this will become a weekly spot for us! 10/10 recommend”

“I'm from Cocke County and it took Milanos for me to realize there is a district East Tennessee style of Spaghetti with Meatballs. The meat sauce has a delicious twang to it and the meatballs compliment this. Plenty of meat sauce so plenty of that flavor. The complimentary bread sticks were a surprise in texture in flavor. Soft and chewy with a slight hint of butter but not overwhelming. The space is open and clean and has little touches of art spread out. My server was exceptional as he was filled with joy and prompt. Even when he was in the back cooking he had an amazing spirit that created a positive atmosphere. Will be back again.”

“I loved this place so much that I returned for my brothers birthday. It's an almost 2 hour drive but worth every bit of the trip. I purposely didn't eat earlier and was starving. We all still took a doggy bag home. The food is so fantastic and large that I always get 2 meals... But I'm not sharing with my doggies. Sorry pups.I'm going to click what I have had. “If you want boba popping pearls, this is the place to go. Very nice couple with child working, I needed a drink. They sell doughnuts, but I just ate was looking for a drink, and they had Boba. I was excited. I ordered a strawberry drink with dragon fruit poping pearls. Made me happy for sure.My mom loves the bear claws and apple fritters and more, and I'm not sure what she got. Tbh.”

“The service was excellent! The food was delicious! (I had the bbq chicken with noodles and rice) I’m from Atlanta and have never tried Filipino food but I’ll be definitely looking for one when I get back home. “Amazing find in East Tennessee. We were the only ones there for a Thursday evening, but most of their business is during lunch. Everything is absolutely delicious and not made like anything I’ve had before. From the ridiculously tender shredded beef in the stroganoff to the flavor bomb cabbage rolls and the simple, yet satisfying borscht, we didn’t want to stop shoveling it all into our faces. This is easily the best food in all of Newport, and probably all of the lakeway area.”

“Last night, we decided to go here last minute because it was the only restaurant really open at the time and we were not disappointed!! The queso was so good. My quesadilla was a bit messy but that’s just a personal issue ? The staff was so nice and the service was fast!! Granted there were many people there because it was late but the service was still amazing. Staff takes checking ID very seriously and checked mine multiple times because I look young haha. Margarita was great. Pricing was kind of up there and we didn’t get a receipt of any kind, but the quality of the food was so so good! Visit here if you have the time!”

“There's a cheap buffet that you can add to your meal. My brisket was good.Parking: One way into the parking lot. It makes reversing out of a space a timely process as other vehicles leave.”

“First time here. We didn’t try any of the food but came for ice cream and was not disappointed! Hubby got the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae and I asked for a medium chocolate soft serve. I cannot believe how big the soft serve was and how delicious the cake sundae is! Both of these for only $8! Super impressed will be back to try more items on the menu!”

“Big thanks to Cracker Barrel because they support the RVers by tolerating overnight parking in their parking lots. There's no obligation to buy anything but sure, if I'm spending the night and the restaurant is open then I will.I arrived at close to 9pm so I parked in the back and locked up for the night. This morning, a basic eggs and bacon and sausage breakfast with coffee coffee coffee. Biscuits looked great but I'm back on my no carbs so I skipped it. Great friendly service and I love that they now have wifi in the restaurant.
