This is an off-the-beaten-path gem. It’s worth the extra few minutes off the interstate. The owner recommended the special, the pork stroganoff and I have never had anything like it. What Americans call stroganoff is nothing like this, so I almost didn’t get it. It’s so flavorful and satisfying. The slaw was excellent. A little tangy, which I liked. Wow! Great food & an experience. I felt like we were home at our grandparents. The building itself is very neat with Russian touches. Best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even like beef stroganoff, my husband ordered some and I tried it & it was amazing. I highly recommend them. Seems like a very sweet couple & there’s even a nice view across the street.

Amazing find in East Tennessee. We were the only ones there for a Thursday evening, but most of their business is during lunch. Everything is absolutely delicious and not made like anything I’ve had before.
