Hardee's in Newport, Tennessee offers great food and great customer service. The food was great, with fresh and delicious fries, the best tenders in town, and a perfect Frisco Burger that wasn't greasy. The new drink was amazing and a must try. Employees were friendly, helpful, and made sure orders were correct, even for special orders. One person made a customer's day and made them laugh while getting food out quickly. Another employee provided friendly food suggestions and personalized the experience. The restaurant was very clean with hot food, though prices are a bit on the high side and there can be a long wait to the register.
