I used my mobile app to order on the way home. I selected counter pickup and waited ...waited patiently...after so many others received their orders, I asked the cashier if the address I had was theirs and if I was in the right place. So, the food wasn't the best I've had from there at this visit. The order was wrong . We ate inside, which was clean, and they re done the atmosphere to streamline, and its not cozy and inviting anymore. I feel like I'm in a whole nother world that people give straight mean looks, and idk I'm just not about the atmosphere.So I guess not about the food and staff just the design of the place. Traveling from SC, we stopped here for breakfast. After waiting for over 10 min to have our order taken, we opted to hop back in the car and drive another 30 seconds. I cannot comment on the food here, but can say that the service was non-existent. There were plenty of employees and no one else in line, we just seemed to be invisible.
