They are back in business with the help of the employees, volunteers, and the local VFW Post.
They are providing food from a food truck, serving beers, and providing great service on a beautiful river.
They keep expanding what they offer.
Now there's a large covered stage with live music that sits under a huge covered area with tables and chairs.
A merchandise trailer, lot's of outdoor seating and indoor seating too. 4 bathrooms that you now access from the inside and a food truck that you order from your server.
Parking lot for cages (cars), and a lot of motorcycle only parking on the river.”

“This is the third Mexican restaurant I've eaten at in s little over a week. There is stiff competition, but evaluating as individual business. Courteous, professional and friendly staff. Food brings back memories of my childhood. Wait staff very nice and ensure your glass is full. Down right excellence. Portions are beyond good. I couldn't eat it all. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — classic Italian ambiance without feeling overdone. The food was outstanding. The pasta was perfectly cooked (true al dente), the sauces were rich and well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh — not overly salted or heavy like many places. You can tell attention is paid to ingredients and preparation. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust with just the right chew, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Staff checked in at the right times and were knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a genuine Italian kitchen rather than a chain restaurant experience, Portofino is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.”
