Awesome experience! If you want real food instead of the overpriced frozen junk in the tourist areas you need to go to Doc’s. All ingredients are natural, fresh and locally sourced. The atmosphere is very interesting, ask for a sharpie and sign the wall, ceiling or wherever you can find a spot! Staff is so nice and make you feel at home!
Intresting attraction my wife & i stoped in and ordered 2 lunch specials from the chalkboard menu which later disappeared1/2 chicken plate @ $15Bbq sandwich @ $122 teas, no desert or additional itemsAnd the unexplained total was $55.56 w/o $15 tip we gave.The setting, and meal were pleasant.

Renting a cabin in Cosby and we were driving back from Gatlinburg and saw Docs. Pulled in and we couldn't be happier that we did. The Universe was talking to us because this place is special on so many levels. We were greeted by Doc in the bus and everyone eating in there gave us the recommendations on what to get.
