“We’re from Sevierville, and have honestly stopped going to little Caesar’s because of how terrible of service we’ve gotten at ours, but we stopped at the Newport location today and had the best by far service & experience at a little Caesar’s that we’ve had in a very long time! The food was hot AND ready which was a nice surprise since normally when we go we have to wait, I just wanted to say we loved it. Thank you for running such a good store !“

“Hands down, the best fast food experience I have had in a LONG time!!! Friendly, efficient, and accurate!!! So much so, that we had ordered, observed, etc. and I specifically went out of my way to find out a name. When the wonderful young gentleman called out another members food in our group, I said, look at his name tag, get me a name! Nathan!!! He was exceptional from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful, working on whatever he could between orders!! He needs a promotion!!! Team player and takes pride in his work!!!! You don’t find that very often in fast food anymore!“

“I ordered last night, delivery. I ordered a medium pizza. Pizza was dry, hard and I ordered black olives, onions, pineapples and bacon. It was $25.00 and I could not find anything I ordered on the pizza, I gave it to a neighbor and they fed it to the squirrels. I know everyone is having a hard time but .. it just aggravated me what I paid and could not eat it.“
