“To whom it concerns. I live here in Newport Tennessee. I just want to comment on the stores around me. Some of them i know are very busy and I understand that. But i truly believe in customer service. I drive to store number 96. They have the best customer service from the employees from the kitchen to behind the counter. It’s the cleanest store i have been to and the best customer service. From the manager to the employees. It’s a pleasure and i look forward to going to store 96 twice a week to buy my coffee and lottery tickets. And seeing all the happy employees. I would hope management would give these employees a pat on the back for great customer service and making me smile every time I go into the store. 🇺🇸🇺🇸“

“The energy drinks are sooooooo gooood, they also have Arnold Palmer on the menu they make it excellent every time. Went through today and the workers were so cordial and flexible with our weird flavor requests haha! Got our drinks so quickly, I will always recommend this 7brew. Shoutout to the team!“

“As a busy local performer always on the go, I am always looking for healthy options. Dandridge Nutrition fit the bill. I opted for their blueberry cheesecake. Absolutely worth the price! Personally, I have enough class to not publicly bash a local business if I dont like something, and take it up with them privately, but thats just me. YES, give these folks your business!! -dmc-“

“I always order an iced coffee or frappuccino from Starbucks.
Today I wanted a hot brewed coffee. Never having a hot coffee from Starbucks, I didn't know what would taste good. I asked the cashier(assistant manager) what would taste best for hot brewed coffee since I never had it. She suggested adding a flavor syrup with cream and sugar. I chose caramel with the cream and sugar. Let me tell you! It was so good! Great suggestion!!“

Atmosphere: could have used some counter wiping and cleaning but it was good overall

“It was my first time being here, I travel a lot from Atlanta, to Houston, and so many places. I highly recommend this Starbucks. They follow the drink recipes. It was two girls this morning and they are both very sweet and funny. Greeted me with a smile and upsold me on getting a sammich! Very lovely girls!“

“My 1st time here & OMG...I have always been a Starbucks chic but I have found a new obsession. The freshest tasting coffee and the crepes...To Die for..make sure to ask for their garlic sauce when ordering the spinach/feta crepe...takes it over the top. Tried their Dubai Choc Latte...hands down a jaw dropper. Saying Goodbye to Starbucks and Hello to 60 Beans Coffee. 🫘 🥰“

“Self serve DD at a Pilot truck stop. Wanted an iced coffee which I made for myself....under the watchful eye of a local LEO. There were 2 in the truck stop...just wondering if my presence prompted someone to call them...(since I was in the store for a while...browsing...and just happened to be riding my Harley..). It was a good coffee...I compliment myself...the donuts were good too.“
