This chain reminds me a lot of Chick-fil-A, just great customer service. The employees all act like they love their job. My coffee was perfect. Love the soft foam topping. My biggest complaint would be the lack of menu to help me make my decision. They want to encourage customers to download their app to see the menu. I tried, it doesn't work for me. This is a big negative on the chain in my personal experience. However, the staff is very patient with me thankfully.
We love Dutch Bros! super friendly and absolutely love the Golden Eagle blended soft top. I tried the pumpkin spice drink and it was very tasty as well but Golden Eagle is my favorite.

Love coming to Dutch Bros and trying new drinks, everything is so yummy. The prices are super reasonable too, which I love compared to most other places. The staff are always sooo nice and friendly, and everyone who has ever helped me has talked to me like we've been really good friends for years. I am super bad at small talk and it never feels uncomfortable. Love the special stickers that you can get sometimes. Overall very positive vibes and experience every time I visit.
