Pal's Sudden Service is highly praised for its great food, fast service, and friendly staff. Customers often mention that the prices are better than other fast food places, and the quality of the food is excellent. The burgers, especially the big pal with bacon, are considered some of the best, and the fries, called Frenchie Fries, are described as possibly the best fries ever, packed with flavor. Many reviewers say that Pal's offers top-notch service, with staff getting orders right quickly even when busy. The tea and burgers are favorites, with some saying no other burger compares to those at Pal's. However, some customers have experienced issues with order accuracy, noting that mistakes happen, such as receiving a cheeseburger with onion, tomato, and mayo instead of plain with lettuce, despite the receipt confirming the order. Overall, Pal's is seen as a must-visit for fast food lovers, with many expressing excitement for future locations and continued visits. Its combination of quality, speed, and friendly service makes it a standout in the fast food scene.
