Leslie was over the top, helpful and accommodating, especially during our little emergencies. I can’t say enough good things! The evening was so much fun! Not to mention, it was affordable as well. “When we arrived, we were met at the door by the manager. He did not smile the entire time he interacted with us. He almost acted as if it was a bother to try to find us a seat. The waiter made up for his being so unprofessional. The waiter was very attentive, smiled a lot and went out of his way to take care of us. I've been there many many times since they opened. The food was fair at best but the service we received from the waiter was excellent”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.

It was such a blessing. There are not enough stars on this review to keep clicking to give her as many as she deserves!”

“We have visited 3 times now. First thing I noticed was how clean everything is, down to the soy sauce containers. Second, how nice everyone is that works there. Very helpful with the menu and making substitutions to our liking. Everything we have tried has been wonderful. This is our go to sushi place now.”

“The menu is small but well worth it! The food here tastes AMAZING & the prices are too bad either. We really love eating here when we come to Morristown for our doctor visits. The staff has always been so friendly! One of the quickest places you can get food in Morristown. This place can serve people faster than you can blink. Pal's is drive through only and has no eat in option. Still worth it!”

“The food is amazing, we love the hibachi where they cook at the table. But taste wise this beats them all. We’ll be back soon. Delicious.. friendly staff. and my food was cooked to perfection, just like I asked. The sweet carrots are to die for. and plenty left overs for supper or lunch tomorrow.. can’t ask for better Japanese than this one. We have 2 at home not even 5 mins away, but I’ll drive a hr to get Akita’s over them anyday. Thanks for the delicious food. I give this place a 10 out of 10.”

“Everyone that worked there was very nice. They treated me and my friend like we were family. The waitress made sure we were comfortable and didn't need for anything. I loved how she refilled our drinks before we even had to ask. The cook done an awesome job on the food. It was delicious! I also like how it stays open 24 hours. Definitely will go back.”

“Fish tacos were drier than I've had, which made them less messy, but did not have as much flavor of El Paraiso's fish tacos (Bean Station). Service was good but I'm not writing home about it. The atmosphere was hampered by music which was neither classic nor contemporary Mexican and was too loud, as was the conversation.”

“Took my mother there because she said that she liked the food. My entire family walked away impressed with the flavor of the food and the massive amount you get with each meal. For me, I judge a restaurant by how its General Tso's tastes. I am happy to report that it actually had heat and tasted great.”

“My 1st time here & OMG...I have always been a Starbucks chic but I have found a new obsession. The freshest tasting coffee and the crepes...To Die for..make sure to ask for their garlic sauce when ordering the spinach/feta crepe...takes it over the top. Tried their Dubai Choc Latte...hands down a jaw dropper. Saying Goodbye to Starbucks and Hello to 60 Beans Coffee. 🫘 🥰”

“Love the food but they really need to pay attention to orders. Ordered a junior cheeseburger plain with lettuce only. I received a cheeseburger with onion, tomato and mayo, no lettuce. The receipt even said plain with lettuce. I wish I could say this was the first time but it at least the 3rd time something like this has happened! Need to do better”

“I didn't know the main street nutrition was there in Morristown, I stopped in to get a loaded tea and protein shake today and the place is beautiful, staff is amazing and and the drinks are phenomenal! If you get a chance to stop there or Jefferson Nutrition in Jefferson City. I highly recommend both stores.. buy local!”

“we tried it today the first time. always wanted to sooner but the parking lot is always full. since it was almost 1:30 and not to crowded we stopped by. We both got the chicken tenders with 3 sides. They served fast, the food was hot and so good, real mashed potatoes, fresh sweet Cole slaw, baked real macaroni and cheese and delicious cornbread muffins, generous amount of real homemade cooking foods. I got a slice of carrot cake to go, which was fresh moist and scrumptious. 5 star rating and 10 times better than the Cracker barrel any day. Can't wait to enjoy them again on Thursday when it's spaghetti day.”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but after the service we received tonight, I felt compelled to recognize someone who truly went above and beyond.
My family and I dined this evening, and ETHAN was our waiter. From beginning to end, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a very busy evening, and although our food took a little longer than usual (which was completely understandable on Valentine’s Day), Ethan consistently checked in with us, kept us updated, made sure our drinks were refilled, and ensured we felt taken care of the entire time.
What stood out most was his positive attitude. Despite how busy it was, he never seemed overwhelmed or rushed. He remained friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout our visit.
Ethan made our dining experience a great one, and we truly appreciate his effort and dedication. He is a wonderful representation of your establishment.”

“We enjoyed our first visit on 2/11/25. The service was very good and the food was outstanding. We love the spinach and artichoke dip. The entrees of blackened Mahi Mahi and steamed shrimp were excellent with generous portions. Had to bring home dessert of peanut butter cake which was yummy! We will go back.”

“First time in this restaurant, had the Pho chicken soup, first time ever having pho soup, it was delicious!! Another customer told me while I was waiting, that the cook makes everything fresh to order and it definitely tasted that way. Husband had beef with veggies and fried rice and really enjoyed his meal too. The young man at the counter was super nice and answered all of our questions when we were deciding what to order.
I highly recommend this place if you are ever walking through the mall and get hungry. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude. I've had to go back inside to get my missing item because the drive through is extremely long. Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But you guys need to work on checking your orders better and have better customer service. I care about the people who work here. At the same time I am cheering you on. But something has got to change. I believe you can do better. Just giving my feedback!”

“Wow! I travel all over constantly and love great food. This place was a pleasant surprise. I got the mole enchiladas with chicken and I think they might be the best ever I’ve had. The Jimica (sweet hibiscus tea — very good for heart health) was good but not great. The fresh made watermelon juice looks amazing though. Next time lll try that. The seafood dish’s passing by my table also looked particularly delicious. This place is definitely book marked and highly recommended.”
