“Ever since Dominos across town dropped the ball multiple times and were a COMPLETE DISASTER I went on the hunt for the best pizza in Morristown. I tried every competitor, yes even the smaller local ones that everyone raves about, but nothing beat Jet's. Sure, other places are fine(not hungry Howie's, it's not fine), but Jet's is top notch. I've had no complications with my orders, the wait times have been accurate, and the pizzas have been fantastic. The service has been great as well, the staff are always nice and pleasant. Jet's gets one thing so much better than the others: toppings. There's no skimping on the toppings here. They load it down perfectly while others leave you with a piece here or there per slice. The crust is also fantastic. I've eaten both deep dish and their normal pizza and theyve been so good. I can't recommend it enough and this location has earned my business as my primary pizza place and my top recommendation for pizza to everyone I speak to.“

“They are understaffed at the moment, but they have definitely earned my respect. We will be coming back often. Halfway through our wait, there was a very unpleasant customer that started yelling at the poor front counter ladies. My partner and I were both ready to intervene, but the manager quickly came out and defended their workers. I am glad that the manager defended the front counter ladies as they were extremely polite and they’re honestly not paid enough to deal with that… After the other “customer” left, they continued to check up on us regularly. Roma 3 has definitely made a good first impression and will continue to have my patronage from now on. Definitely helps that the food is amazing too.“

“I'm leaving this review based on the food and service which has been excellent everytime, my gripe is you are closed, lol. It shows 8pm closing online but when I come to the place it's closed already around 2. Anyways that is the only bad thing I have to say. Love the pizza it's amazing“

“Update May 2026. Pizza Hut was running a special, one large, 2 topping pizza for $10 so I did go back and gave it another try. It was the pan pizza I remembered from many years ago at Pizza Hut. After the 2 terrible experiences I previously had, I'm glad I went back and gave it another try. It was very good pizza and if I knew it would stay that way, I wouldn't hesitate going back. I will try it again and I hope it's as good as it was on this last trip. I didn't see the same people there from the other 2 times so maybe they actually looked at their reviews and made a change. Please keep up the good work.

We use to go to Pizza Hut all the time when it was on West AJ Hwy and it was great. Been to this location twice, worst pizza I've ever had. Went back last week just to see if it's changed, nope, still horrible pizza. No sauce, barley any cheese, I will never go back.“

“Everytime I go to this location, it’s absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommend! Also, an employee recommended that I try the “slice sauce” and I MUST say whatever Dominos needs to do to make that sauce an option that stays, NEEDS TO BE DONE! Phenomenal sauce!“

“I have had Vietnamese food in NYC, San Fran, San Jose, little siagon near LA. I would say that this small resturant in the mall is comparable to any of the other places I have been. The service is excellent, a little wait for the food because it's a two person shop. One cook, one front desk. The food was very fresh, veggies crunchy, bean sprouts clean and snappy, great prices for the amount of food you get. My dish was Mongolian beef, just the right amount of spice to get my sinuses cleared, my wife had the beef pho, very tasty broth and lots of beef. I will definitely go there again.“

“I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.
