The Owner is a very Sweet Lady.
The Pho is outstanding! I had it with shrimp and it came out beautifully. The broth was piping hot and full of all the aromatics and complex flavors I expect from Pho. The Vietnamese coffee was strong, sweet and full of coffee flavor. I had it over ice. This far exceeds what I expected to find at an Asian restaurant in the mall. Don't waste your money or appetite on anything less.
Miss Nguyen was very sweet and recommended the chicken pho to me, i’ve never had it before, but it was amazing. 10/10 will be coming back soon
