Don't like McDonald's anymore 😕
I would’ve given a 5 star review due to the fact of how well the manager handled a mistake of their own but due to the fact that I went through the driveway a few days later with a coupon for a free sandwich for a completely separate matter and that same manager was called to check on the coupon, she told her employee “yeah, they get these when they call and complain.” I had to correct her and say “uh, no! Really dislike the new layout. Have to ask for refills and no one was upfront to help customers. Expected everyone to order thru the app or kiosk.
