“The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly. The burger was so fresh that I had to take the bun off to let it cool before I could eat it. The hush puppies were fresh out of the frier, too hot to touch :) The only criticism I would give is presentation. I understand the poor staff in the kitchen were slammed, and even though the burger tasted great, it looked horrible it was all smashed together and sloppy.“

“Ate here for the first time today with my parents and we all enjoyed the food and the custard. My parents decided to make it their go to place when they come to Morristown. The prices weren’t far above other fast food prices but the quality of the food and service was. It seems to be a favorite for families, with several decent sized groups dining. Despite the busy day, our food was ready in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and fresh! Will certainly be back!

Kid-friendliness: There were several families with children dining while my family and I ate. It was our first time going to this restaurant. It was fairly open with booths for seating. There isn’t a playground and I didn’t notice any crayons or small activities offered for children. There were no children dining with my family and I did not notice if they offer toys with their children’s meals. What I can say is that this restaurant felt like a good down to Earth place where families can dine without someone staring them down for their kids being kids. At the same time it was clean, had friendly service, and didn’t break the bank.“

“I just wanna say that my family frequently dines at this restaurant and morning, noon or night the service is always impeccable and the food is always stellar. However on this particular evening my 17yr old daughter and I went thru the drive thru for a drink and an apple turnover. My daughter was upset and crying and upon seeing that she was upset our wonderful server Kyle offered us an additional turnover and when I tried to pay he told me not to worry about it. It's so good to know that some young people today have been raised to have empathy for others. I will recommend this Hardee's to others and continue to eat there myself. “I am impressed. I placed a mobile order around 6pm today; fortunately, all of my food was fresh,and the milkshake tasted great(it was only $4!) The fries were fresh, the cheddar bites tasted good, and the special burger I ordered was made right and I now have a new favorite burger. BK has the best bacon I've ever had from fast food, and it actually covered the entire sandwich. Also, the Texas burger has jalapeños, which is a great touch. The lady in the drive thru was very friendly, quick, and accurately prepared our order. The team working tonight did great!“
