I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. “I ordered burgers and onion rings with a shake. The shake was made well like it should be but the flavor was a bit on the bland side for butterscotch. The lady who served me at the outside window was great in every way a customer service position needs to be. Engaging, friendly and comprehending to name just a few. The order was correct and ready pretty quick for a busy time of day. The burgers were good as were the rings. I would go back again being that was my first time dining at the establishment. As I waited for my meal I watched another customer who was handicapped place his order and returned to his vehicle to wait on its completion. When his order was ready the same server who served me quickly brought his order to him without hesitation or direction.
