“On a road trip, hit the spot for a tasty frozen treat. The place was busy and lots of staff but not many smiles and they didn't get the order right the first time but they made it right. Didn't try the food but looked like regular fast food.“

“Food was very tasty! Fries were hot, waiting times were very short. and the blonde kid on register was very caring and friendly, whoever he is needs a promotion! Will be stopping by here again in the future for sure!“

“My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. In our home town it’s obvious the employees here hate their job and the customers pay the price with incorrect orders and rudeness. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and that big smile.
