“On a road trip, hit the spot for a tasty frozen treat. The place was busy and lots of staff but not many smiles and they didn't get the order right the first time but they made it right. Didn't try the food but looked like regular fast food.”

“I love this location! They're never lacking on ingredients on our tacos or chalupas. They actually put cinnamon on their cinnamon twists! I won't order those at any other location because they barely ever have enough cinnamon to taste on them. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars on the atmosphere is because we often have to search for a clean table.”

“The servings are very generous and my burger and fries were amazing. If you like fried mushrooms, they are highly recommended along with their made in house ranch. Don't forget your deep fried honey bun!!”

“The poor employees are on top of each other at the grill. It is way too crowded and looks like a fire hazard. The employees do a great job but they are just too crowded. Pals needs to have deal options and make an APP so people can place orders on their phone and just pick it up. It saves time. Cheddar ROUNDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY!!!”

“Awesome meal! Everything was delicious! Had fried green tomatoes! Yummy. Rib meat fell of the bone. Love the sauces. Got desert too. Tanner noticed retired army plate and applied a military discount.”

“Literally the best food I've ever had! Every time I try something new, it's sooooo good. I highly suggest the Thai basil chicken fried rice or the drunken noodles with shrimp. We get their fried dumplings every time. The holiday is also a notable mention for an appetizer. A little more pricey than most places around but they make sure you're fed and happy so it's super worth it. I love this place!”

“Very good food with reasonable prices. And you get plenty! They specialize in to-go, so if you do choose to sit in the dinning room, your food will be served in to-go boxes, but they have a sign that says that on your way in. Well worth the visit!”

“My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. In our home town it’s obvious the employees here hate their job and the customers pay the price with incorrect orders and rudeness. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and that big smile. “I go here every other weekend and always get a couple large pep pizzas and they are always hot and fresh. If you want something hot, quick, cheap, and delicious I recommend. It's really good pizza.”

“There was a line from the drive thru window to the front of the store waiting on food. I paid $30. For two platters, no drinks. I got home and some of my order was missing from both platters. Always something left out. I don't mind the wait least I know the food is hot but please put everything in my order. Both claws was left out.”

“Went through the drive thru and go a 3 piece all white meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very fresh which I appreciate very much. Went to Bonangles last night and the chicken tasted like it had been through the great depression and was so dry and cold. Condiments guys. Almost every restaurant fails in this category. I was not given any butter or honey for my biscuit. Other then that it was a very great visit.”

“I was greeted with a good positive attitude and my order was handled quickly and efficiently. The food was prepared with care and not just thrown together in a hurry making a mess of things. I was very pleased with my whole experience!”
