Honestly I think I could've been a better employee. A doordash order that tells you exactly what's put in the bag and they can't even read that? I was missing a burger and 9 freaking sauces. Maybe if it was two or three sauces but 9? AND A burger cmon now. Everything is listed out. It's not hard IVE done it for crying out loud.
I was greeted with a good positive attitude and my order was handled quickly and efficiently. The food was prepared with care and not just thrown together in a hurry making a mess of things. I was very pleased with my whole experience!
Dined in, had a problem with my order, they made it right very fast and we're extremely nice about it. I do believe the night manager handled it. I was very pleased. Thank you.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While it used to be a great place for family and friends, some customers have reported issues with rude and disrespectful staff, who have made mistakes on orders and been unwilling to correct them. Recently, it has been noted that the service can be slow, with long waits to place orders. The restaurant definitely needs more training for staff and additional workers to improve efficiency. Despite these challenges, the food is described as not the greatest but not the worst, and the few workers present are doing a good job to keep the food going out. Overall, McDonald's provides a convenient option for late-night cravings, though the quality of the food and service can be inconsistent. Customers appreciate the ample parking available around the building and the wheelchair accessibility with parking near the door and a wide entrance.
