This mcdonalds is much worse than surroundings towns, they have improved some over the last 2 months however. The overnight shift never gets orders right. I would much rather drive to church hill or morristown than eat at this McDonald's.
Had a wonderful experience this morning. A lovely lady named Donna was very polite with greeting me with a courteous smile and a friendly attitude this morning. I ordered ahead on the application and all the team members already had the beverage prepared before I even arrived. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. They have a baby station. The food was overcooked it was was bad because it was dried out overcooked and just not good but the people in service was great people that work there was so nice and they were so friendly and everything I asked and atmosphere was under construction so I really can't blame them in the parking lot we all have our bad days
