The food was overcooked it was was bad because it was dried out overcooked and just not good but the people in service was great people that work there was so nice and they were so friendly and everything I asked and atmosphere was under construction so I really can't blame them in the parking lot we all have our bad days

This mcdonalds is much worse than surroundings towns, they have improved some over the last 2 months however. The overnight shift never gets orders right. I would much rather drive to church hill or morristown than eat at this McDonald's.

Plenty of staff and nice but they keep getting people’s orders in drive thru mixed up and mangers were sitting doing interviews and it was too hot in dinner room.
Fixed my order wrong then gave my food to someone else so it was not a very good experience
