We moved here from Ocean City, Maryland two years ago. The home of Philly cheese steaks and boardwalk fries. We have been unable to find a decent Philly cheese steak anywhere in East Tennessee. This place has the absolute best Philly cheese steak and boardwalk fries in the area. It's by far the most authentic. The hogie roll is where most places fall way short. This place has 100% authentic kaiser sub rolls. If you're from up north this is the place to get that slice of home.
My new favorite, good menu I want to try one of everything. If they can keep it up, the way things are right now, Carnival Cafe will be a big hit. Philly steak;;;,, The Best!!! you,'ll find around here, maybe the whole state.

Wow! Finally a great cheesesteak here in East Tennessee. We moved here from South Jersey and have struggled to find a great cheesesteak and pizza. We finally found a decent pizza from Slices of Jersey and Carnival has produced an excellent example of a Philly Cheesesteak. Thank you for making my day!
