“This is strictly a drive through. I enjoyed the smash burger and some of the best onion rings I have had in a while. My husband had the steak and gravy and 2 sides. Only problem they were out of gravy. He enjoyed his meal anyways. We was both full from the portions. Everything did taste fresh. Next time I will call in and place my order for quick pick-up.

“We had an online order a little over a week ago and we were short a few pieces of chicken tenders, so I called the Mount Carmel, TN store and I asked for the manager. The manager, Preston Williams came on the phone and I explained that we were short a few pieces of the chicken and he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would like to make it right and said that he would like to give me free of charge more chicken and I said thank you that would be great. We went back last night and he was there and I told him who I was and he was very nice and said he would make us our chicken. Well we were eating our food that we had ordered and he brings us our fresh made chicken and again apologized and asked if everything was okay, it was great. The people at this Hardee's are really sweet people from the counter person to the manager. The place was very clean also. We will definitely be back in to eat and say hello. Thanks Hardee's.“

“Pal's Sudden Service wrote the book on sticking to the foods they do best without adding trendy items to their menu. Pal's also has a amazing niche in the restaurant industry in our community.
Excellent service from start to finish, rarely ever makes a mistake (very rarely), and the flavors and taste of the food is yummy.

“Tonight, {Thursday} during my dine in at Burger King 1540 East Stone Drive Kpt, I was greeted by BK employee John Who was working the front counter and took my order, John was very Courteous, Polite, Professional, and got my order correct the first time, he appeared very well trained, not to mention Customer Oriented. This is the type person I like to see when dining at a restaurant, this is what keeps me wanting to come back. The food was exceptional fresh & hot as well. “the crew works very hard at this location! its an older location but they have recently been doing some repairs on the place. Hopefully they have plans to do more in the future.im very impressed with the changes in service i had stopped coming and gave it another chance after hearing they had made some changes in management lately. “Our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! The food was excellent! But the best part was our server, Heather, who delighted and entertained us the entire time, while meeting our every cuisine need. I had the KC’s macaroni and chicken Which came with garlic bread. And when I told her I could not eat garlic bread, she brought me a delicious sourdough roll. Service was impeccable. Other items our party had were The Titanic, Chips Dips and things, Big Daddy, Margie’s Cashew Chicken Salad, and the, Cowpoke. All were delicious. We will definitely go there again, but I’m going to make sure that Heather will be working that day because we enjoyed her service that much.“
