“Saturday, June 20, My son and I went for his birthday celebration. We understood completely with no reservation that we waited an hour and a half… Which we did happily, they had great entertainment in the bar.. Although when we did get seated, I would assume there just weren’t enough servers. Many tables were empty, but we waited two hours for our dinner….. No reason given just very apologetic and comped and appetizer and offered to comp a dessert, but after sitting there that long we were ready to go… I don’t know if they’re celebrity chef that had walk-through we seen made the problem.. But we were very disappointed.. I’ve had several over-the-top experiences there. We definitely will go back. I just needed to get this off my chest… Thank you for your attention“

“Accidentally got French fries instead of tater tots the manager replaced the french fries for tots and gave me sorry we fudged up card.
So I came back with the sorry we fudge card and got a delicious burger. Thank you for the great service and the great management. You guys are the best. Thank you for the great food and service keep up the good work“

“I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.“

The chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect, best I had anywhere in a long time. It also looked great, not just like somebody threw it together. Perfect.
The French Fries were perfect as well, crunchy, not too much fat taste, not too salty, perfect again. On my next pass thru Bristol, I will stop there again!!!“

“I went through the drive thru yesterday (7/3/26) around 6pm and received great service. The cashier that took my order was accurate, friendly and helpful. They were kind when I added on an M&M McFlurry at the payment window. I know, maybe I shouldn't have done that but I had forgotten to order at the speaker. I received the correct modifications to my burger and got all the sauces I asked for as well as an appropriate amount of napkins and did get the spoon and straw, some places forget those. I was pleased with my order and know that this is a location that I can return to for accurate and good service.“
