Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant that offers various meals, including chicken sandwiches, tater tots, and shakes. The service is generally quick, and the servers are kind and friendly. Many customers have enjoyed great food and awesome customer service, with some visiting almost every day without any issues. However, there are reports of the quality of the food being inconsistent, with some items described as mediocre or undercooked. Prices are considered reasonable, although some find the shakes to be expensive. The drive-thru is available for those who prefer to order from their cars, but it requires a tip, which some customers find unnecessary. Additionally, there have been complaints about workers smoking near the order booths. Despite some concerns, Sonic Drive-In provides decent food and service, with positive experiences for many customers, though there is still room for improvement in certain areas.
