“I have visited the Johnsons City and Bristol locations. Crumbl never disappoints. The cookies are big enough to share. However I am ok eating one by myself! All of the pie cookies are delicious. Both locations are always clean, and the employees always say hi. You must give it a try!“

“Short changed by the guy that brought the food out. Walked by several times after that , did it on purpose. Change was less than the tip I kept. Food better than average. Too many workers out smoking by the order booths. No more business there.“

“In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“Great quality food, excellent service, and super friendly staff. We always preorder and eat in our car. I'm loving the new creamsicle shake!! I've had 3 so far this season? until blue circle gets their stuff together, this is the only carhop restaurant I'll visit around here. The other sonic is pretty good too.

“Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.“

“We love southern churn, they have the best ice-cream & candy. The staff makes you feel like you are family. My grandson Noah looks forward when we are in Bristol that we go to Southern Churn for a banana split, his favorite. Make sure you visit them when your are in Bristol!!!“
