“My husband and I were in town for a weekend getaway in Boone and decided to stop by blue deer for a sweet treat. We both got the double chocolate chip cookie sandwiches but with different ice creams. My husband got the coffee ice cream and I got the peppermint ice cream. Loved the cookie sandwich! Peppermint ice cream is so hard to get right especially since it can taste like toothpaste but blue deer got it right - sweet, tasty, and perfect texture. I loved it so much that I came back the next day to get the exact same thing.The two girls working were very nice and helpful. Samples of ice cream are also offered to help narrow down your options.“
“This experience is the best I've ever had. * As a consumer with food allergies (artificial dyes and dairy) I normally assume restaurants can't accommodate these requests. However, today, I asked and was overwhelming surprised by the kindness of the employee named Logan. * Logan made sure to use a fresh scoop and scooped me up some dye free and dairy free ice cream. * I was so excited I could've cried. * Logan triple checked and showed me how she was making sure to prevent cross contamination. * As I went to leave, Logan said, "everyone deserves to enjoy ice cream, I hope you absolutely love it!" * I've never had a better experience. “I got a chai with oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious and the donuts were huge and so good. The girl who was working at the time we came in was so sweet and kind to us and the other customers. The ambiance is super relaxed and peaceful. There are games of checkers and chess at the larger tables and comfortable seating. Definitely would come back!!“
“Tried the Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Cookie and it was truly delicious!! Very soft in the middle, a little crunchy around the outside. The only reason I give it four stars is because I thought it was supposed to be served warm and even though the cashier said it was warm, it most definitely was not. Still a good cookie and almost as good as Crumbl.“
“Delicious frozen yogurt! Great place to bring your kids, friends, or to just enjoy their yummy yogurt by yourself! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and it’s a delightful shop. The yogurt is reasonably priced and there is always a nice selection of flavors and toppings. Awesome establishment! ?“

Their favorite ice cream when they were little was "Superman" which left the inside of their mouth a bright blue. It was a sight to see but they enjoyed it. Service was excellent too. I just wish the prices were more economical for the average visitor.“
“1/15/2024 Enjoying a snowing outing today & wanted a coffee, and decided to try their cookies…My daughter got an ice cream sandwich, which looked lovely and tasted even better! “We had the Oreo cheesecake flavor and Michigan Pot Hole flavor and we will be back to try them all. I’ve had the ice cream sandwiches previously and they are incredible. I couldn’t resist buying a pair of hand crafted earrings (by Jess Brown) made from upcycled materials. Love them!“
