I got a honey bear latte that wasn’t spectacular, but my make your own ice cream sandwich was good! My boyfriend’s apple cider was definitely the best thing we ordered. The ice cream sandwich I had was snickerdoodles and choco chip with apple cider ice cream. The ice cream was mostly vanilla with hints of apple.
Found this place after a quick search for a cafe/desserts that's open late. Place has great ice cream sandwiches and good espresso. Espresso is from The Local Lion but they have there own specialty blend. Very good. Will return. Service was also great.

My husband and I were in town for a weekend getaway in Boone and decided to stop by blue deer for a sweet treat. We both got the double chocolate chip cookie sandwiches but with different ice creams.
