“We were in Elizabethton and decided we needed an ice cream. Stumbled upon this place and it did not disappoint!! The lady working there was so friendly and helpful. They have so many flavors to choose from and it was hard to decide what to get. She let us taste a few different flavors so we could decide. Their waffle cones are handmade!! If you are in Elizabethton, stop in and have an ice cream cone, banana split or anything else. You won't regret it!!“

“We love getting off the restaurant chain and found this place. Not much to look at ,(but not eating the building), food was delish. Crinkle fries were golden brown, not too salty, onion rings were real and perfect. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes on blt. Service was quick and food was hot. I highly recommend“

“Things they need to improve: Not spitting in someone's DRINK when they come through right before close, ESPECIALLY if that's all they got. the employees were standing around doing nothing anyways so why were they even mad about making a DRINK. Grow up. I'll be telling everyone I know NOT to come to this location. the night workers are absolutely pitiful and childish“

“Sam’s is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I came across this place with my son, during a Cub Scout meeting… I have seen these ladies almost every day since then. Very good customer service skills, very attentive to customers and always spot on. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a “cool” treat! “Legitimately the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had in my came from this food truck. It is salty and sweet, chewy and crispy. When you fall asleep at night and dream of a chocolate chip cookie, this is what it taste like. 11 out of 10!“

“One of my favorite fast food places. I lived in Johnson City for 18 years and I rarely had issue with this Dairy Queen. Everything is delicious. The employees do their jobs well. I guess my only minor complaint would be its small size. Small interior and small parking lot. Other than that though, this place is worth going to for soft serve and cheeseburgers.“
