“I must say, this place is much improved over the years. Originally I left a one star review because everytime I ordered at the drive thru, my order was wrong. After driving 18 miles home twice to discover I had the wrong order, I finally learned to check my order before driving away. I did in fact get the wrong order several times. The last several times, everything is fine. I will definitely contuine to have breakfast biscuits at times.“

“Just came from there,they were covered up with customers,had to wait for about 25 minutes to get my food but it was hot and very tasty.All the employees were on the ball getting work done.So proud of the job the employees did making sure they satisfied all customers.“

“Sammons Hot Dogs has been a favorite for years. The food is always delicious, the menu has something for everyone, and the service is consistently friendly. I especially love their slider dogs and the strawberry lemonade. It’s also a place that goes the extra mile by offering dog treats, which makes every visit even better. Great food, great people, and a fun local spot I’m always happy to support.“

“Went in today at lunch and it was very busy. EVERYONE working was very pleasant and nice! Spoke with 2 of the female employees making my sandwich and very much enjoyed the conversation. Remember when you go into any business....Please treat the employees with Kindness! We are all human!
5/23/25 I did an app order. The app applied the wrong time. I called the store... as ALWAYS NICE, not a problem , no BS. They changed the time , food PERFECT! Thank you guys for being in this small town!!!“

“Had an issue with the place down the street and door dash allowing an order for a closed place. Switched order to the HUT, and the only 2 staff there took care of the order extremely prompt and was super courteous! The pizza was the same golden brown crust as I remember from being a kid. Lol.. the restroom was even super clean!
Please get that associate and shift manager some help to keep rockin it!!

“This pizza hut is awesome to dine in at. It's like the old school pizza hut you may remember in the early and mid 90's the way the dining room is set up with great values on pizza meals for 2 or more people. The service was ? !! The waitstaff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut in Northeast Tennessee here at this West Kingsport on West Stone Drive location by far !! I will always come back here. I hope they stay this way and never change because it was a great experience and value for the money spent ?!!“
