went through the drive thru Feb 2. the young man working the drive thru was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I finally just told him how rude he was being and asked him where the customer service was. he barely spoke and could only understand 1 word out of 5 that he mumbled. I worked in retail for over 30 years and never treated a customer that way. I like the food but if I see him in the restaurant again I will not order. clean and friendly staff
Went to the drive-thru at KFC and had to order at the speaker 5 times and the person couldn’t get it right and went to the window and ordered 4x and still my order was messed up
