clean and friendly staff
Good food. We went through the drive thru and the guy tending it wasn't too friendly and talked at the register instead of us so it was hard to hear what he was saying. We had to wait at least 5 minutes to get our food.
Today was the first time I have been to the KFC in Elizabethton in over 10 years, and it was a great experience.
It was clean and the food was great. But what made it the best experience was the staff.
The man that waited on me was training and the lady that was helping him and showing him how to do things on the register was patient and helpful to him. When you go somewhere and the employees are helping one another it makes the experience good.
