“Always a great experience here at Pal's! The food is delicious and the service is quick. The staff there is always friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling the 81 corridor, crossing from TN to VA or vise versa. I personally stop there every time I am coming from VA to TN. It's a nice quick stop, and has a Weigel's gas station right next door. It's perfect for that one stop shop, getting gas and a good meal, without having to go too far off the highway. Premium location! 10 out of 10 recommend all day!“

Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! “The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly.
