“We found this place on a road trip detour. Naturally, we stopped because most-adorable-hamburger-place-ever. The service was what a drive thru service would expect to be but who cares because THE BURGER AND FRIES. You know when you see someone on tv eat a really good fast food burger and fries from the 50s? No? Well, trust me. This one does NOT disappoint. We’re not talking about health food folks, calm down. It’s a tasty, melty, greasy, cheesy monstrous burger with crispy, salty fries. Yes, I unapologetically topped it off with a soda AND a chocolate milkshake, because who doesn’t want to risk diarrhea at a truck stop?

“Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.“

“The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?

“I just wanted to say that my family has loved Jersey Mikes for YEARS it's definitely a household favorite, but after my pops passed it's been extremely hard to eat here. It's been about 4 years since I've ate here, I recently became pregnant and have craved nothing but Jersey Mike's, so I decided it was time to grab me a sub, I didn't realize how hard it would be to walk into the building but I did it anyway, as I'm trying not to cry, because of so many hormones and memories replaying, the entire crew consoled me, making me feel comfortable and acknowledged. None of which they ever had to do. They literally took the time out of their busy day to make me feel validated. And I would just like to say thank you! This speaks volumes of what kind of crew is at this specific location. They should most definitely also be valued as an important part of this team! “The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!!
