“fast and easy to sit with a party of 7. the salsas and cheese dip where delicious and on point. the margarita was strong just as we like. the alcoholic beverages aka pina colada was great my wife liked it. all our food came out fast and hot it was all delicious would go back and might be back but i am not too local.“

“Pollo tinga and fried chimichangas were very good. Waitress was very attentive, almost too much. Restaurant is in fairly decent shape as far as the decor, ambience is typical for the brand, need to remodel to cover the graffiti in the restroom.“

“Fresh food, great service. The seating area needed to be clean. There were several dirty tables and food on the floor. There should be employees specifically for cleaning the dining area. This does not need to be put on the few workers who were busy preparing food and waiting on customers. Overall good restaurant.“

“Really cool place with quality food. They have the salsa bar for everything you like. Outdoor seating with live music. We went for dinner and I got the carna asada. Good meat, but not the best around by far. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back to try another menu item.“

“We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. We ordered the corn ribs as that was new item we had never seen before. They were wonderful. We chose steak items and the ranchero sauce was delicious and homemade. Valerie was an amazing server and the manager gave us each a free dessert of tres leches that was wonderful way to end the meal. If we lived closer this would be our numero uno place to dine.“

“Have dined there atleast 2 to 3 times a month for over3.5 years now if not longer and the food has been remarkable each time. Nothing I would change. Atmosphere has always had a good vibe to relax and eat.
