“Honestly, Chipotle is pretty much my go-to when I'm starving and need something quick, but my last visit was honestly top-tier purely because of the crew.
Shoutout to Silas and Israel—they were absolute legends working the line. It was super busy and chaotic, but they didn't miss a beat and were just genuinely kind and welcoming the whole time. Plus, they actually rolled my burrito properly so it didn't fall apart instantly, which is always a win.
Service like that actually makes your day better. Give these guys a raise! Will definitely be coming back here.“

“Found this culinary gem today. Have to say even after one visit Taqueria 21 is in the top 3 best Mexican restaurant in the tri cities. We like to try new to us Mexican restaurants when we can. We had the Nachos Texanos and some fresh guacamole. Which was the best this side of the Lone Star state we have ever had. 5 🌟s And we will be back soon !!!“

“We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. We ordered the corn ribs as that was new item we had never seen before. They were wonderful. We chose steak items and the ranchero sauce was delicious and homemade. Valerie was an amazing server and the manager gave us each a free dessert of tres leches that was wonderful way to end the meal. If we lived closer this would be our numero uno place to dine.“

“The salsa was good. The refried beans were flavorful with some kick.
We walked in and was seated immediately.
Not a fan of their white (sweet flavor) stuff served with the chips & salsa. We will definitely try them again, and have the fajitas since everyone raves about them.“
