“Food and service both were good.
Ordered chicken fajitas, tilapia grilled and some shrimp dish (Camarones Rancheros - this dish is amazingly spicy like super spicy but awesome - must try for a zing on taste buds.). All the food was yummy. Homemade salsa was amazing. Also, rice is yummy too tasted like tomato rice.“

“Stopped by last night during a huge dinner rush and was really impressed with how well everything was handled. The staff stayed fast, organized, and friendly even with a packed line of customers. The manager on duty (she was kinda shorter, dark hair and glasses, didn’t catch her name) kept everything running smoothly and did a fantastic job leading the team. Food was tasty, the restaurant was clean despite how busy it was, and overall it was a really good experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!“

“4th time there had to leave a review. This place is a step above. Everything has been incredibly fresh. The asada and chorizo are top notch! The rice and beens have some actual flavor! Even the salsa taste fresh! Prices are great too! A working man can stop for lunch or dinner and not break the bank!“

“We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. We ordered the corn ribs as that was new item we had never seen before. They were wonderful. We chose steak items and the ranchero sauce was delicious and homemade. Valerie was an amazing server and the manager gave us each a free dessert of tres leches that was wonderful way to end the meal. If we lived closer this would be our numero uno place to dine.“

“Always wonderful food. Some of THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN BRISTOL! The guy above with the 1 star sat next to our table and complained about everything. Looks like they were just wanting something free. Hope they enjoyed their Bojangles 🤣🤣“
