Honestly, Chipotle is pretty much my go-to when I'm starving and need something quick, but my last visit was honestly top-tier purely because of the crew.
Shoutout to Silas and Israel—they were absolute legends working the line. It was super busy and chaotic, but they didn't miss a beat and were just genuinely kind and welcoming the whole time. Plus, they actually rolled my burrito properly so it didn't fall apart instantly, which is always a win.

I went to pick up my order and I went through the drive thru. Whoever the girl was on the window tonight, was rude for absolutely no reason. She had a ponytail and I’m pretty sure she had a little bit of green hair dye in her hair. My boyfriend asked her if we could have vinaigrette and sour cream. Let me just say… I went to Bristol Chipotle today (8/11/26) after a terrible day. I spoke with a brilliant, witty young man who made me a delicious bowl. I asked for his name and I can’t remember for the life of me what it was. It was either Timmy or Tanner. He was hilarious, helpful, and had the attitude of a champ. I know this guy is going places.
