My wife and I eat at the Bristol, TN Chipotle almost weekly. It is unusual for us receive poor quality food, but tonight the food was almost inedible. We ordered two bowls and both were so salty they couldn't be eaten, we could actually feel the salt in our mouths. Unfortunately this experience will make us think twice before returning.

Every time I go to the Bristol Tennessee store at the pinnacle they never have any chicken the pinto beans taste like They not even cooked all the way they was hard. The people that work thereThey’re so rude. They act like we not supposed to get what we order, I mean come on I paid for what I want so I should get my service the way I want it. I come in there to get food. They act like they got attitude. Had better experience in Johnson city Tennessee

CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR METAL! I found a shard of metal embedded in a chip on a delivery order. Thankfully I saw it but this could easily be fatal if ingested. I’m unsure of how this could even happen but I hope someone from management sees this and investigates.
Took my mom to this one for her first time trying chipotle. Our bowls were cold and I had just ordered them on the app and got them like not even 10 minutes after ordering. Our queso was cold, and the chips were kinda stale or had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Plus, nothing wrong with this, but cleaning really early and most, if not all, the food was put up. So if someone wanted to do a walk in and order they wouldn't be able to see what's going on their plate.Honestly kinda meh, nice dining area, somewhat clean and spacious which is nice :) just food was cold :(

This was my first visit to a Chipotle restaurant and I was not impressed at all! My daughter ordered our food not 10mins before we arrived and it was ice cold!!! The cheese dip was thick like pudding and cold , like it had been dumped from a can then put in a cup,not heated at all! The hours said they were open till 10p and we got there at 830p and they were already cleaning the grill and putting everything away so that tells me our food was sitting out for God only knows how long! We spend 40 dollars on absolute garbage. I will never come back. Sad because I was really looking forward to it cause my daughter has always loved it.The staff wasn't friendly and acted like we were a burden too. For a company that prides themselves on being fresh made to order food they missed the mark here! They should be ashamed of themselves charging people an arm and leg for a meal then giving them cold food!! ?

I guess Chipotle gave me the "worst lunch ever" up-charge that they are famous for. Welcome to Chipotle where everything is cold, everything costs extra, and you get treated like absolute garbage. Worst $40 I have ever spent on lunch. The building is absolutely disgusting and thankfully the cleaning supplies were sitting out so it must be a "clean your own table" rule. In my 45 min of sitting and eating, not one worker came out to clean. Never coming back.
