“don’t be fooled by the cheap looking menu or small interior! the food here is great! we got seated and immediately got chips and salsa, and then later a refill of that! our server was very friendly. food came relatively fast for a party of 9.. we were the only ones there though.
got the birria tacos (get these at any mexican place, definitely recommend) and they were FANTASTIC!“

“I am in Johnson city, for a wedding. I am from Wichita Kansas in the Midwest. I decided to try this place from driving by it. When I was going to my hotel late last night. The place was quiet for a Thursday night. As most restaurants are usually busy back home. The place was that Mexican decorated and nice. It does have a little liquor area .
The server was nice and smile with a nice attitude. Which was very nice. The chips were hot. The sauce could use a little spicy up.
I order the faitjias of steak, onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Along with refried beans with cheese, rice, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Along 3 flour tortillas.
The plate was very hot of the meat and vegetables. It was still cooking and you can't touch the plate. But you could see the smoke coming from it. The second plate was loaded and the refried beans and rice was smoking.
The meal was really enough for two people. The quality of the taste was fantastic and truly delicious. The beans and rice was cooked and that first bite. Made me know I made the right choice.
I was only able to eat almost half the meat a d I was full. The same went for the beans and rice. You do get your money worth. As with how prices have gone up. This dish is worth every penny.
And you will not be disappointed whatsoever.
I plan to visit it again before I fly back out home.
For only $24.00, without that tip. Which is very important for the server. It is a great deal.

“In town from AZ. Had the two fish and shrimp taco w/rice & beans. I thought the tacas were very good. The fish and shrimp tasted fresh. Liked the salsas at the bar. Think the plexiglass sneeze gaurd needs to be replaced, you can't see through it. Great salsas available to add heat and flavor. My mother had three items with the ground beef and she didn't think the beef had any seasoning. Mother also had a chili reano, it had way too much breading on it. The reano did have a good taste with a little breading. I tasted the ground beef and agreed, I had to add salsa to get some flavor. The chips and the beans they give you were great. The place is okay. I would come back if in town again. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was excellent.“

“Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.“

“Maybe I just got lucky with my servers, but this was the best taco bell I've had in a while. The fries were perfectly seasoned, the burrito wasn't overflowing or empty- and the quesadilla was actually correct for once. The workers were very whimsical and fun to be around- maybe it was just because it was a Saturday probably on the begining of their shift, but either way, best one around from here to kingsport.“

“This is a great Taco Bell, definitely the best in the Tri-Cities. The wait isn't long like the other Johnson City taco bell and it always tastes good.

They also gave me a free bean burrito tonight so I might be biased
