Johnson City, TN 37601! A young man named Austin J was our server and he was WONDERFUL!! He was attentive without hovering, had a friendly smile and an outgoing personality! Austin never made us feel rushed or acted like we were bugging him, kept our drinks full, cleared the table as needed and made us feel welcomed!! KUDOS AUSTIN ON A JOB WELL DONE👏🏻👏🏻 Usually instead of buying a full meal, we get appetizers to share, the Caesar Salad and of course the biscuits😋 and yesterday 3/4/25 was no exception! I highly recommend their Caesar Salad with the fresh croutons and homemade dressing! This visit we chose the lobster dip, seafood stuffed mushrooms and the coconut shrimp with the piña colada dipping sauce (it’s delicious) and the Caesar salad! The biscuits and appetizers were all nice and hot and the salad cold! It was perfect and delicious 😋 With all of that, we were stuffed too😉 We’ll definitely be back and I hope our server is Austin again!“

“This is one of our favorite Johnson City date night spots! They have a great variety of menu options as well as fun seasonal offerings and cocktails, and their drinks are soooo good! If there’s something you like that’s not on their drink menu, they totally don’t mind whipping it up for you! 🍸🍹 The serving staff is always courteous and wearing a smile…the most important part of a work uniform 😊“

“On January 31st I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend of mine. Michael greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was also our waiter that night. He was very attentive and respectful. He made our first visit fun, exciting, and memorable. I enjoyed the food and service so much I even made another trip back for dinner the next night with another friend. The food is absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be frequenting here often and recommending to all of my friends and family. Michael is overall an amazing waiter and person! 🙏💙🙌“

“Long John Silver in Johnson City has updated their outside appearance, which looks very nice. The inside is mostly updated but could use some tending to in order to keep it looking good.

Customer service was top notch on our visit; super friendly cashier and staff prepping food. She answered menu questions since some things recently changed. Food was brought to the table quickly and it was fresh! The order was correct, food was delicious and hot!

“The last two times I have went through drive through they have left out pieces of chicken or fish in the family meal I get. Also, they get the amount I tell them for each wrong. 8 chicken and 4 fish (12 piece family meal) missing two pieces of fish. The time before that, same meal 8 chicken 4 fish, get it home and it's missing 4 pieces of chicken! I called and they did write it down that I was owed 4 pieces of chicken, went by a week later and they honored it and I got my missing chicken. Food is sometimes not hot as it should be, luke warm. Price is expensive for a 12 piece family meal and any other. But it's the only Long John Silver's close to us.

Also, they've switched the fries to waffle fries, which I hate! I loved their fries!“
